Novel Paradigm for Abstraction and Management of Heterogenous Things over Large-scale Internet of Things

摘要
We explore an object-oriented way to accommodate vast and highly comprehensive resources in Internet of Things (IoT). Our core vision is a proximal smart space is abstracted as a logical entity and united with other entities to form a new logical entity representing a bigger physical space. Such bottom-up union provides the IoT with controllable extension. A proof-of-concept of the proposed architecture is evaluated in terms of scalability, flexibility, and interoperability with various use cases.
