EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Emotional intelligence in recent years has become a popular topic in the media business. Although we use the term "emotional intelligence", Center for Creative Leadership (Center for Creative Leadership) has helped many leaders in the past 30 years to understand and develop their skills in the field of intelligence. This study compares results Benckmarks self-reported emotional intelligence as measured by Bar On EQ-i. I learned that the key perspectives and leadership skills are related to aspects of emotional intelligence and the absence of this type of intelligence was correlated with career failure.
