The automatic design method of relay systems and cubicle structure and their CAD realization

摘要
This paper consists of two parts. The first part discusses the general method used in automatically generating the prime drawings of relay systems and CAD realizations. A database of the basic units of the relay system was created, An expert system was integrated with topological graph search method in order to create the general drawings of the relay system. According to the customer's requirement, the expert system chooses the appropriate units from database and links them together through graph search method so that the automatic design of the general drawings of the relay system is achieved The second part discusses the automatic design method of the switch cubicle by the combination of expert system and calculation, including general method and user interface of three dimensional cubicle design. The cubicle structure is expressed by a set of empirical equations, and the expert system chooses the equations that satisfy the previous requirements, then uses them to calculate the structure data. The relationship between structure components are expressed by a topological graph, which is the base of the dynamic-reciprocal design.
