摘要
The influence of oxidation in SCLR on the comprehensive properties of Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 BMG is investigated via nanoindentation, nanoscratching, and electrochemical analysis. The results revealed that compared to the as-cast sample, the scale hardness increases by one time, the surface friction coefficient decreases by 40% while the corrosion potential increases by 10% after oxidation. After long-term oxidation, the structure and performance of both the scale and substrate become nonuniform. It is suggested that the oxidation during thermal plastic forming of BMGs can be utilized to enhance the product properties. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
