摘要：
In this paper, we describe a control laboratory course as a teaching aid during the training of undergraduate food engineering students. This approach facilities the understanding of the subject matter (Application of Artificial Intelligent (AI) in food processing) introducing a first-hand experience at implementing real-time intelligent control. Students execute a series of laboratory exercises, for a variety of processes, implementing Jazzy control and neural networks.
