摘要
The low temperature resistivity, magnetic susceptibility and specific heat for the antiferromagnet Ce7Ni3 in magnetic fields to 13 T are reported. A magnetic anomaly in the specific heat at 0.6 K is readily suppressed by 2 T, but the large antiferromagnetic ordering anomaly in C at 1.9 K remains essentially at the same temperature as a function of field, decreasing in magnitude and disappearing between 6 and 9 T. Non-Fermi liquid like behavior in C, rho and chi is observed to appear at about 3.5 T, but is only observable above the remanent antiferromagnetic ordering at 1.9 K. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
