摘要:
In determining the degree of damage of a concrete structure or a concrete structural member caused by an earthquake it is important to know the maximum load to which the structural member was subjected during the loading period of the earthquake. The cracks in concrete structures reflect the effect of loading and they are easily observed and analyzed after an earthquake. In this study, starting from crack pattern and crack width of shear cracks, empirical relationships are established by analyzing experimental data of reinforced concrete columns having axial load and shear reinforcement ratio as main parameters.
