摘要
The purpose of this study was to explore cutaneous vascularity of the hand dorsum. in order to evaluate possibility and potential clinical benefit of reverse island flap from this area. The hand dorsum including distal, central and proximal aspect was divided into five subdivisions on the basis of vascular distribution. Selected divisions were proposed as a reverse vascular pedicled flap donor-site. Potential advantages of these flaps for finger reconstruction were discussed.
