摘要
According to the real situation of transient power quality problems which become increasingly prominent, this paper introduces a new method to detect transient power quality disturbance based on matrix decomposition technique. First the one-dimensional power quality disturbance signal is structured into a Hankel matrix, according to the singular value decomposition, we complete the linear separation of the disturbance signal. Then the information contained in each layer of component signal is analyzed, and the abrupt information in the third layer of the component signal is used to detect the initial and cutoff time. The simulation results show that the method is effective and easy performed.
