摘要
Through the principle of imitation of wet papermaking, this thesis researches the simple way of doing composite materials (a 196 unsaturated polyester resin-based body, PAN-based carbon fiber material to reinforce the composite material made of the system) and its performance tests [1]. PAN-based carbon fiber has its own features of high strength, high modulus of elasticity, high temperature, corrosion-resistance, creep resistance, the heat conductivity, low-density and so on. The unsaturated polyester resin is a transparent pale yellow liquid, a middle-activity and moderate viscosity. As the unsaturated links are distributed evenly in the molecular structure with proper amount of ether links for adjustment, these resins exhibit good ageing resistance, mechanical properties and a good balance between rigidity and flexibility. After cutting the carbon fiber, to apply the way of wet laid, the carbon fiber is decentralized in water to make a fiber web, and then make composite materials by hand-molding and pasting. Although decentralizing the short carbon fiber is difficult, it needs a simple equipment, low investment and contains high resin content products. The composite material derived from the impact strength, good properties, at the same time, it recycles the waste of carbon fiber in related company.
