摘要：
The initiative of green logistics promoted the application of electric vehicle in the field of logistics and distributions and the development of EVRP (Electric Vehicle Routing Problem) research. However, most of EVRP researches focused on the static EVRP and few researches on dynamic EVRP. Therefore, considering the time-dependent properties of the dynamic network and the characteristics of the electric vehicle, the model of TDEVRP with minimize costs of vehicles and delivery time was built. Algorithm of TDEVRP, which was based on the traditional grouping genetic algorithm, was designed and it was analysed and verified with the utilization of instances.
