摘要
Large-scale integration of multi-type renewable energy sources (especially intermittent energy sources) has become an important feature in Smart Grids development all over the world, and the grid structure has great influence on intermittent energy penetration. It is internationally recognized that the weak-tie connected power grid is the best platform for intermittent energy integration test and demonstration because of its difficulty with accommodation of intermittent energy. The research uses the Hainan Island power grid as the application instance, and will achieve a comprehensive breakthrough in power grid planning, analysis, scheduling, operation, relay protection, security control, disaster prevention and other key areas in the multi-type renewable energy source integration. It will establish the real-time digital simulation platform of power grid containing multi-type renewable energy sources and the nation's first demonstrative weak-tie power grid with intermittent energy penetration not less than 15% in Hainan Island. The research will guide the development of Smart Grids in Hainan Island, and ensure electric power supply for the construction of Hainan international Tourism Island.
