Implementation of a Navier-Stokes solver on a parallel computing system

摘要
A three-dimensional parallel computational code for the numerical integration of the Navier-Stokes equations is presented. The channel now problem is considered and the system of the governing equations is handled by a mixed spectral-finite difference technique for space discretization and a semi-implicit method for time advancement. Results are reported in terms of parallel performance corresponding to the use of 2,4,6 and 8 processors of a Convex SPP 1200/XA computer.
