The existence of self-dual vortices in a non-Abelian Φ2 Chern-Simons theory

摘要
Applying the dynamic shooting method, we proved the existence of nontopological radially symmetric n-vortex solutions to the self-dual equation in non-Abelian Chern-Simons gauge theory with a Phi(2)-type potential. Moreover, we obtained all possible radially symmetric nontopological bare (or 0-vortex) solutions in the non-Abelian Chern-Simons model. Meanwhile, we established the asymptotic behavior for the solutions as vertical bar x vertical bar ->infinity. (C) 2010 American Institute of Physics. [doi:10.1063/1.3475796]
