摘要
This study explores the moderating role of psychological capital (PsyCap) in the curvilinear association between job autonomy and job performance in the financial services industry. The time lag technique was adopted to collect data from "five hundred and nine managers (N = 509)" of different financial services organizations within a time interval of 4 weeks. Job autonomy was observed as having a curvilinear association with job performance by emphasizing that psychological capital has a positive association with job performance. Psychological capital marginally moderated the curvilinear association between job autonomy and job performance and provided valuable insight vis-a-vis implications for business managers.
