摘要
This paper intends to show the innovation process as a strategy for competitiveness. It will be discussed some aspects about innovation, invention, market orientation and conceptual approaches, such as Product Based Business (PBB) and Knowledge Management, in order to support the innovation scenario. Furthermore, it will be drawn some appreciation in order to associate these concepts as a faster way to implement the innovation process of products and services having the costumers as a main discussion.
