European Multi-Level Governance and the Path to Development

This paper is developed in the idea to highlight the evolution of multi-level governance and its implementation at European level and also including the real path to development for countries that are in their full growth mode. In the first part, the paper highlights innovation as a concept and as utility in the European Union with an emphasize on Romania and in the second part of the research, the study shows the utility of multi-level governance and corporate governance overview to address the need to evolve for emerging countries, but also being used as empowerment for developed countries.
