The authors discuss the many important changes in the law effected by the Litigation Reform Act from the point of view of executives and their counsel seeking to know what courses of conduct are now permissible under the Act. They discuss, among other things, the practical drafting problems facing companies who seek the protections of the Act for written forward-looking statements.
