摘要
Features of the rheological behavior of CFRC matrix systems as highly concentrated dispersed systems are considered. They are characterized by a dilation, thixotropic and thixotropic-dilation nature of flow depending on the composition, concentration, dispersion, and a number of other factors. An equation for the concentration dependence of suspension viscosity (Pivinskii equation) is proposed. It is shown that a governing factor is the content of a kinetically free dispersion medium within them. The effect of granular filler content on rheological properties of foundry systems is specified. A significant effect of solid phase particle polydispersion and temperature on HCBS rheological properties with a dilation nature of flow is demonstrated. Data for the effect of deflocculation and stabilization of matrix systems on their rheological properties, which determine rheotechnological properties of molding systems to obtain CFRC, are provided.
