EVALUATION OF POST-PANDEMIC VENTURES IN THE CITY OF AMBATO

Entrepreneurship in the world is an important systematic process that dynamizes the economy and generates sources of employment. In Ecuador there is a high entrepreneurial spirit that combines motivations of opportunity and necessity, which has been affected by the health pandemic that the world is experiencing. However, the crisis originated by the COVID-19, the quarantine and the fear of leaving home have become generators of new enterprises as a source of income for thousands of family members around the world. This research is carried out within the enterprises registered in the chamber of entrepreneurship and innovation of Tungurahua where a sample of 152 entrepreneurs is made to know the reality of entrepreneurship in the city of Ambato and analyze the main problems that are established during the pandemic and post pandemic, also establishes the current situation of entrepreneurs and what important aspects should be taken into account so that small and medium enterprises do not fail in the future.
