Idiopathic motor dysfunction of lower limbs with neurogenic bladder: Case reports and review of the literature

Prematurity is day-after-day more frequent and so more problems to identify and solve. Sometimes, clinicians and radiologists tend not to be familiar with some possibilities of occurences and therefore try to understand and explain the facts. We present two premature infants without radiological diagnosis but with neurological, urinary and orthopedic dysfunctions. It seems that these children. have a tethered cord syndrome with the conus in a normal position, excluding other diagnosis like caudal regression syndrome or malformation/deformation often existing in premature babies.
