摘要
Based on the value chain theory, This paper divides the competitiveness of the real estate enterprises into basic activities capacity, supporting activity capacity and external value chain activity capacity, and build a real estate value chain mode within the enterprise; then identify upstream and downstream businesses related with the real estate businesses, as well as the relationships between them to build a value chain model outside of the real estate enterprises. From the models above, this paper gets some key links of the real estate competition. Aiming to these links and combining with the actual situation of the real estate business operations, this paper puts forward some strategic approaches about that the real estate enterprises enhancing their competitiveness based on of the value chain theory.
