摘要
Facing for the serious competition in Chinese real eatate market, serving customer and creating customer's value has become the orientation of running a real estate company. This paper analyzes the feasibility of applying customer value to real estate trades. Then it is proposed that the customer should become the central during the activities of real estate marketing. Based on this, the author also establishes the model of real estate customer value chain, and proposes the tactic of promoting the real estate customer value chain so as to promote the competitive advantages of the real estate enterprises.
