摘要
In order to study the performance of double nozzle flapper gas servo valve theoretically, it is necessary to establish accurate mathematical model of gas servo valve. Considering the nonlinear factors of the gas servo valve, this paper establishes a nonlinear mathematical model of the gas servo valve in the working process, and the simulation of the gas pressure and the piston movement of the gas servo valve is carried out. The simulation results show that the established mathematical model is consistent with the actual model, and can be used to analyze the static performance and dynamic performance of the gas servo valve, which plays a guiding role for the improvement of the structure of the gas servo valve.
