摘要
Considering the current scenario that the world is going through today, due to the pandemic of the Covid-19 virus, the market has been reinventing itself in order to be able to resist the various obstacles that this atypical situation poses in its daily life. Face-to-face sales were greatly affected, prompting several companies to close their doors. As a strategy to avoid the end of their activities, several brands chose to intensify their online sales and serve their customers at home through ecommerce. This article aimed to show the change in the sales style of a footwear brand, integrating e-commerce as an important platform to achieve its goals and showing its importance not only in sales, but also in the influence it has on the stock. With the analysis carried out during the lockdown period, there was a greater participation of e-commerce in sales, an important factor during social isolation, which contributed to the expansion of online sales on commemorative dates of the period.
