摘要
After reform and opening, Chinese cities meet the development chance which is more favorable than ever. Striving over 20 years, Chinese urban construction has gained lots of achievements. But on the contrary of these achievements, a series of urban strategic homology problems exposed such as the low level homogeneous competition and repeated construction among cities, waste of resource etc. Through literature research and statistic empirical study, in this paper we analyzed the external representations of urban strategic homology such as homology of urban development goals, high similarity of urban industrial structure, homology of urban functions and scarcity of urban features. Then we considered that the essential causes of these problems are eyeless imitation urban strategic thought, inconstant urban development direction and unwise competition among cities. In order to solve all these problems which urban strategic homology caused, we suggested that the Chinese urban decision-makers should select and innovate in their development strategy based on the conditions of their cities, improve their cognition to urban core competence and make urban strategic orientation clearly, re-analyze urban value chain and re-arrange urban development strategy taches, take the experience of successful city for reference and innovate based on study, use different strategies according to the conditions of their cities, eliminate regionalism gap among cities and construct.
