摘要
To construct the environmental quality monitoring system based on Ontology Engineering and Knowledge Engineering can effectively manage the large number of environmental monitoring data, which is stored in isomerous and dispersive. ways, provide scientific guidance in decision-making for managers, and greatly enhance the efficiency of environmental quality monitoring. In our research, we constructed the basic structure of the Environmental Quality Monitoring System from the perspective of knowledge engineering, and proceeded the research on its pivotal technology, which mainly includes the construction of environmental information ontology, the environmental protection policy support based on the environmental information knowledge base, GIS, and ultimately designed and implemented the ontology-based Environmental Quality Monitoring and Management System. This laid the foundation for the construction of the integrated digital environmental information platform, which integrates the functions of monitoring, controlling, and supervision.
