Fire accident relief and disaster prevention response technology of Super-long Highway Tunnel

摘要
According to the construction scale, Qingling-Zhongnanshan Super-long Highway Tunnel (QSHT) (single-hole total length 36 km) should be the No. 1 in the world. In light of the PRC National Standard Surveillance and control system configuration for freeway tunnel, by calculating the tunnel accident rate, it's estimated that there will be 9 accidents annually in QSHT after 2025. From German and Swiss statistics, fire will account for 10% in tunnel accidents and a large-scale fire will happen in QSHT every 4 or 5 years. So, designing the fire disaster relief technology of QSHT, the following should be mainly solved-Planning rescue organization, fire prevention and fighting system, ventilation system and traffic organization in fire, methods of disaster prevention and rescue plans, etc. Through an intensive study, the fire relief technology should follow: people-oriented, prevention first and fire prevention combined with fighting; effective monitoring and measurements, help save combined with self save; early detection, promptly extinguishing fire and mobile fire extinguishing combined with fixed one.
