摘要：
With advanced technology development, information management and means of communication, a more and more important place is held by conducting an organization with the help of projects. At present, it is considered that 50% of large business activities shall be conducted according to the principles of project management. Also, public or private institutions, as well as non-governmental organizations have started various projects at both national and international level. Projects can be implemented in any field of activity (health, education, economy, politics, computer science, law, etc.).
