Knowledge management bring opportunities and challenges to college students' archives as a new favorite about college students management revolution in the 2 1 century. How to do the development and utilization process research of college students archives work well is the key to the management of university students' files. The passage based on the reality demand expounds the knowledge management requirements of university students' files management, introduces the development and utilization process research of college students archives under the knowledge management framework, aims to strengthen the construction of students archives management and provide certain help to the talents cultivating core competitiveness.
