摘要
Tacit knowledge is highly individualized, and it is difficult to conduct formalized communication, moreover, it is difficult to share with others. College teachers, in the process of cultivating talents, doing scientific research and serving to society, bear a great deal of tasks and have accumulated a lot of tacit knowledge. In the angle of knowledge management, college teachers can realize the added value of self tacit knowledge and innovation only when they exchange and share tacit knowledge with others, so as to promote the level of their teaching and scientific research. According to this point, this article, from two major aspects of teaching and scientific research, points out some strategies to promote college teachers' tacit knowledge sharing, which has practical significance to our colleges to raise their overall levels of teaching and scientific research in the era of knowledge economy.
