摘要
The aim of this article is to develop the methodology of how to identify the students' expectance of teacher's competencies at the Faculty of Economics, Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (CULS). In this research we do not intend to evaluate the teacher's scientific ability, because it can't be subject of students' evaluation. Because the students are not able to see or to evaluate teacher's competencies in complexity, we used the questionnaires for pairwise comparisons of various teacher's characteristics and competencies. These answers are then analysed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AT-IF). The AHP is a method deriving global preferences from partial preferences received as result of pairwise comparisons.
