摘要
Firstly, the essence of Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) is given, three levels of ESD are also provided, which include information retrieval, remote communication, and Transactions. Then three kinds of ESD mechanism are developed and analyzed, i.e. process integrated mechanism, information share mechanism, and mix mechanism by traditional service delivery and ESD. Specially the front-back-office structure and One-stop service mode is discussed in detail, which is the basic mode of above mechanisms. And it is focused that the relationship between fronts office and back office in different mechanism. Finally, a brief summary is given.
