摘要
Here has been offered the method for estimate and improving the structural survivability of the telecommunication network that realizes a flow approach on the basis of the proposed indicator - the upper limit of structural survivability, achieving of the required value of which is performed by introducing structural redundancy on the basis of optimal network branch reservation used to transfer flows of requirements of the network, the choice of which is determined in accordance with the procedure of maximizing the efficiency of each stage of reservation.
