This article aims to promote a reflection on the existing relations between humans and non-humans considering, in this context, educational technologies, and their hybridism. For this, bibliographical research was carried out about the Actor-network theory, which aligns with object-oriented ontologies and highlights specific theoretical-analytical tools to translate the social into networks, and educational technologies, which are those that interconnect the teacher, pedagogical experience, and student. The discussions promoted lead to the understanding that there is a hybridism that composes the sociotechnical network that can be related to the teaching and learning process; there are constant mediations in the construction of knowledge; the mix of actors can provide possibilities for innovative, comprehensive, and collective teaching. Such notes can contribute to discussions in the relationship between technology, society, and Education.
