摘要
The paper begun with the threats of human capital draining out from enterprises based on Knowledge Economy. Firstly, the paper illustrated the definition of Organizational Capital. Secondly, the paper indicated the impetus of the mutual translating between human capital and organizational capital. Thirdly, the paper analyzed the process of the mutual translating between human capital and organizational capital. Fourthly, the paper designed the bi-motivation model of the mutual translating between human capital and organizational capital. Finally, the paper put forth the bi-motivation mechanisms of the mutual translating between human capital and organizational capital.
