摘要：
The evaporative light scattering detector is a powerful, universal mass-based detector for HPLC and other modes of separation, science. However, the sensitivity of any detector for HPLC is a critical factor in the analysis. Whereas, there are many common factors that determine the sensitivity of all detectors, there are others that are critical to the evaporative light scattering detectors, which are discussed in this article.
