Resonant micro-photoluminescence and excitation spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs single quantum dots on a (411)A GaAs surface

摘要：
We have investigated the micro-photoluminescence and excitation spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs quantum dots on a (41 I)A GaAs surface under resonant excitation. We found resonant anti-Stokes luminescence that probably results from Auger excitation of the dots.
