摘要
DSM(Demand side management) is one of the main strategies that have been widely applied for solving short-term power shortage. Among them, orderly power utilization is the most important means of regulation. In this paper, an orderly power consumption regulation strategy is constructed with the goal of maximizing the user's income and minimizing the power loss of the grid company. By studying the power consumption of heavy lines in a province, this paper lays a foundation for formulating the regulation strategy of orderly power consumption. The effectiveness and feasibility of the strategy are verified by an example.
