摘要：
Complications in connection with the puncture in in vitro fertilisation (IVF) occur normally relatively soon after the operation. This is a report on a patient in her 28 th week of gestation, operated on by laparotomy for ileus, Retrospectively this acute event must be seen as a very rare late complication connected with the puncture. It must be stressed that patients should be informed about this eventuality.
