Study on University Administrative Management from the Perspective of Personality Traits

摘要
Through literature review, questionnaire and theoretical analysis, this paper studies the impacts of personality traits of administrative staff in universities and colleges on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Through questionnaire survey on administration staff in 441 universities, this paper finds that different dimensions of personality traits have different impacts on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. From the perspective of personality traits, this paper discusses the situation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of administrative staff in universities and colleges. Researches from the author show that universities and colleges should attach importance to job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to promote effective human resource management of administrative staff.
