Lanthanide porphyrazine sandwich complexes: synthetic, structural and spectroscopic investigations

摘要
The synthesis of four novel lanthanide tetraazaporphyrin (porphyrazine) sandwich complexes is reported: [Ce( OPTAP)(2)] (2), [Lu(OPTAP)(2)] (3), [Eu(OPTAP)(2)] (4) and [Eu-2 (OPTAP)(3)] (5) (OPTAP = 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octapropyltetraazaporphyrinato). The structure of 2 has been unequivocally established by an X-ray crystallographic study. The radical nature of 3 and 4 has been confirmed by UV-vis, IR, and EPR spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry results show that 2-5 are more easily oxidized than 1 (H(2)OPTAP) by 0.41, 0.56, 0.48 and 0.40 V respectively.
