Research on the Evaluation Index System for Development Potential of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology

The small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology play a crucial role in the national economy. On the basis of comprehensively expounding the connotation, characteristics and current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology, the paper analyzes the development potential of SMEs of science and technology from four dimensions (i.e., market perception, technical flexibility, resource integration and organizational flexibility), builds the comprehensive evaluation index system and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestion by taking SMEs of science and technology in Hubei province as an example.
