摘要
In a context unceasingly subjected to new technical and economic data, the development of the markets often remains difficult to foresee. Whereas the success of oleic sunflower had been widely predicted, this raw material still arouses some questions, particularly about the adequation of the derived products to present and futur needs of the oleochemistry. What are the abilities of oleic sunflower to meet the market requirements? Which impulse to give to the chain value? Only a proximity work with actors of the field enables to identify the assets and the weak points of this raw material.
