A novel 1.8V rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier

摘要
Based on TSMC 0.25um CMOS process, a novel 1.8 V Rail-to-Rail operational amplifier with a constant g(m) input stage is proposed with low-power and high gain. The whole circuit is implemented in TSMC 0.25 mu m 2P5M CMOS technology. With a single power supply of 1.8 V in simulation, it shows that the Rail-to-Rail operational amplifier has a open loop gain of 108.6 dB, phase margin of 57.2 degree and unit gain bandwidth of 5 MHz, and the total power dissipation is 0.23 mW.
