摘要：
According to mental state our Institute for psychological consultation room to the sampling of each grade of students, found in ill-health or sub-health students accounted for 50 percent, which has affected the students seriously of normal life and study. In order to better solve the psychological problems of college students, to enable them to comprehensive development of talents, this article combines in fulfillment experience in the physical teaching oneself, put forward usage physical methods to promote mental health of the students.
