摘要
Objective: To discuss relevance of between Lim kinase1 (LIMK1) and Cofilin expression and clinical feature and prognosis of prostate gland cancer. Methods: Ninety-three patients diagnosed with prostate gland and 51 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia received by our hospital from September 2009 to June 2012 were selected, and LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression level in prostatic cancer tissue and prostatic hyperplasia tissue were detected using immunohistochemistry. Relations between LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression levels and pathological features and prognosis of patients in prostatic were analysed; relevance between LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression level in prostatic were analysed. Results: LIMK1 and Cofilin protein positive rate in prostatic cancer tissue were higher than prostatic hyperplasia (P<0.05); Lymphatic metastasis, capsular invasion, positive incisal edge, PSA level, PSAD, Gleason scoring and LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression level in cancer tissue of prostatic cancer patients in different clinical T stage had obvious differences (P<0.05); Lymphatic metastasis, capsular invasion, incisal edge, Gleason scoring, T stage and LIMK1 were related to LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression as well as survival rate of prostatic cancer patients (P<0.05); LIMK1 had positive Cofilin protein expression in prostatic cancer tissue (P<0.05). Conclusion: LIMK1 and Cofilin protein are positive in prostatic cancer tissue; LIMK1 and Cofilin protein levels in prostatic cancer are related to prostatic volume, seminal vesicle invasion, lymphatic metastasis, capsular invasion, incisal positive, PSA level, PSAD, Gleason scoring, clinical T stage; lymphatic metastasis, capsular invasion, incisal positive, Gleason scoring, T stage, LIMk1 and Cofilin protein expression are related to survival rate of prostatic cancer patients; LIMK1 is positively correlated to Cofilin protein in prostatic cancer tissue.
