摘要
Cholelithiasis is one of the most common biliary tract diseases in Department of general surgery. With the rapid development of our society and economy, the material life level of people has been improving. The incidence rate of gallstones has been increasing gradually. Modern medical treatment of the disease is mostly surgical treatment, cholecystectomy or bile duct stone removal rate of residual stone rate and recurrence rate is higher, cholecystectomy after surgery has a greater impact on digestive function. The electrospinning fiber membrane has a porous structure similar to the extracellular matrix, which can not only provide a large specific surface area, but also functionalize the fiber material according to the needs, and effectively control its physical and chemical properties. Therefore, it is suitable for the preparation of biomedical tissue engineering materials. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the application of new electrospinning drug loaded nanofiber membrane in the treatment of gallstone disease, to provide some help for the treatment of gallstone. In this paper, the electrospinning drug loaded nanofiber coated metal stent was successfully prepared by coaxial electrospinning method, and a new type of drug-eluting metal stent was successfully prepared by dip coating method. The experimental results show that the new peak of acridine yellow at 1483 cm(-1) and that of Rhodamine B at 1337 cm(-1). This indicates that the fiber membrane of parallel double needle direct writing is successfully coated with dye. On the 7th day, the fragments of the stone became finer. The results show that the electrospun coated metal scaffolds have the effect of dissolving stones. The more EDTA & SC is contained in the fibers, the more significant the effect is.
