Exploration and Analysis of the Cultivation of College Students' Socialist Core Values in the We Media Horizont

With the rapid development of internet culture, the age in which "We Media" becomes the main information dissemination media has come. The ideological and political education work in colleges and universities is meeting new opportunities of innovation and development while facing new challenges. Some We Media, like "Weibo", "WeChat" and "Live Video", become the new carriers for young students to communicate with each other, to share information and to vent emotion. So, how to play the positive role of We Media for better cultivation of the practice of socialist core values among college students, urge them to unite as one to fight for the two great "100 years Chinese dream", are the new tasks we university counselors have to face. This paper focuses. on the realistic value of the application of We Media in cultivating college students' socialist core values and concentrates on the cultivation of it from the aspects of exploring new ideas, build new platforms, explore new methods and establish new mechanisms, etc.
