摘要
In today's world, organizations must have as a priority to keep human talent motivated, considered to be the most important capital for their contribution in providing development and productivity. In this way, the present work has as main objective to analyze the motivation and the labor performance of the workers of the Municipal GAD of the Salinas canton; regarding the methodology, it is a probabilistic study that used a mixed approach and with a descriptive research scope, which allowed to gather information and obtain as main results having 25% of unsatisfied workers in regards to physiological needs, as well as 35% dissatisfied with regard to the need for power and 35% dissatisfied with organizational equity; and finally establish motivational recommendations that improve work performance, thus achieving personal and organizational development.
